These devastating facts are the driving force behind Foster A Future, Too. We exist to empower the foster youth community, and to bring awareness to a tragic reality so together we can provide the resources, education, opportunities, and love they need to thrive.

Giving back is important to Michelle Jaeger, founder of With A Smile who started Foster A Future, Too and donates a portion of every project’s profit. As she and her clients succeed, so, too, should this vulnerable population. The more we succeed, the more they succeed thus fostering a future, too.

The logo references kintsugi, the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery by mending the areas of breakage with lacquer dusted or mixed with powdered gold, silver, or platinum. As a philosophy, it treats breakage and repair as part of the history of an object, rather than something to disguise. We bring that philosophy to Foster A Future, Too. We believe a child’s time in foster care is nothing to be ashamed of or disguised. Rather, it is a part of their personal history along the way to a thriving life of abundance and #LivingMyLegacyNow.
